Where do you stock the products?

We stock our inventory in warehouses in UK.

What is your return, exchange, and refund policy?

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final. 

What's the shipping time for the free shipping?

2-3 working days within UK.

What is the handling time and what is average shipping time?

Handling time is 1-2 business day (so if you place your order on Friday, your order won't ship until Monday which is the next business day). The average shipping time is 2-3 working days within UK.

My order has arrived damaged?

If the box is squashed and the courier was not handled carefully. Please email us at hello@phoenixriser.com with your order number and photos showing the damage.

How do I change my shipping options?

We’re pretty fast at processing and packing your order. So unfortunately, no changes can be made after you’ve placed your order. This includes changes to the delivery option, delivery address, payment method or the products in the order.

However, there might be enough time to cancel your order and create a new one. If you wish to do so, please submit a request with our customer support team by emailing us at hello@phoenixriser.com, and we’ll cancel your order if it hasn’t been processed and packed yet.

How do I change my shipping address?

Please email us at hello@phoenixriser.com as soon as possible if you have entered an incorrect shipping address and please provide us with the correct details. We will try our best to get these changes in before it is too late.
